You only set up these scenarios once, and the system handles everything else. However, if you want, you can adjust them anytime, add more steps, or customize them based on what you need. This way, you have complete control over when and how you communicate with your clients.

Do I need a special booking system for it to work?

Retenzio currently works smoothly with the Reenio and Reservio booking systems, requiring only a simple connection. You need to have a variant of the account that allows API access. If you use a different platform, feel free to email us and we'll figure out how to integrate it. We don't want you to change your established workflows — our goal is to enhance and streamline your existing practice with automated SMS.

Can I customize the SMS content for my business?

Absolutely! In Retenzio, you can set up your own message texts to perfectly fit your needs. You can include the client's name, the name of the service, or even a link to online reservation. That way, you maintain a personal touch that clients appreciate, while also making it easier for them to book their next visit. How do payments work, and what if I run out of SMS in my plan?

Our plans are billed monthly, and you always know how many SMS messages are included. If you happen to use them all — for example, if you get a sudden influx of new clients or you're running a special promotion — you can simply purchase more at a reasonable price. That way, you'll never run out of 'ammo' and miss sending a reminder.

Yes! That's exactly why we offer our BUSINESS plan. It lets you easily assign different employees to specific scenarios, which is great if your company has multiple specialists or locations. Each employee can track their own bookings, while you maintain an overview of the entire company from one place. You'll also have a sufficient SMS allowance to cover a higher volume of ongoing reminders.
